I really appreciate the structure of her classes and the variety of exercises she offers, which always make me break a sweat and leave me feeling strong by the end of the class. I also love the Sol studio, which is clean and comfortable, and a big bonus is the availability of showers and fresh towels!

Carla is very supportive and fun, she encourages everyone and makes sure you’re comfortable during the entire session. I loved the aesthetic of the place everything is clean well organized.
