It was my first time today and I appreciate when Yacine, the instructor, checked who had (previous) injuries or who are recovering from injuries before starting the session. This was my ultimate worry for not joining a class sooner because I was scared I might hurt myself or worsen my knee if the routines are advanced for my level.
