Creative exercise choices where I could feel every muscle that was being worked while keeping the energy high with perfect timing cues. She had an uplifting and fun playlist and she made sure to walk around & make hands on adjustments to ensure everyone’s form was on point! Will be attending again!

Have you ever gone toe to toe with a Barre instructor? Cause my girl had me shaking and sweating! 😂 Great workout, nice atmosphere, and I look forward to the challenge of this class.

I always think it's weird when the have mats but have you do things like push ups and planks right on the floor. One of the walls is against the window so if you don't show up early you won't have a mirror.
