He explained everything really well, made sure we were properly set up, and really pushed us but with positivity (and a cracking sound track). Came out of that class feeling really buzzing. alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat pool with sauna & steam room. It was a little tight in the pool as they only had one lane open for swimming, as they have ‘family swim’ between 3-6pm on weekdays and had a lesson in the other lane. So I’d recommend avoiding this time if you’re going to swim.
