Before class, she took the time to walk me through all of the fundamentals and made sure I felt comfortable using the reformer. Throughout the class, she checked in on me, answered any questions I had, and offered helpful guidance without ever making me feel out of place. She created such a welcoming and encouraging environment that I immediately felt like I fit right in. The class itself was fantastic—I definitely felt the burn (in the best way possible!) and left feeling challenged, accomplished, and excited to come back. I can’t wait for my second class! Thank you, Sophie, for making my first Pilates experience such a positive one!
