alle beoordelingen weergevenLove this class! I really enjoy the mix of Katonah yoga, Pilates, and ending with some relaxing zen. The props we use throughout are also great. And Mo’s teaching style that’s sprinkled with humor is a chef’s kiss to the class. Also, very important that she’s so knowledgeable on how to do the moves in the proper way so we don’t injure ourselves. :)

alle beoordelingen weergevenDef a great intro to pole as I got to start with a static pole instead of a spin pole I had used for my first time in a pole in another studio. It’s hard but very beginner friendly.
