I feel so confident that I’m getting a targeted workout of the muscles we are working, and feel safe doing so. I’ve taken about a dozen local Pilates reformer classes from various instructors and studios, and Courtney’s classes are the best. She’s attentive and in tune with her students.

see all reviewsThis was absolutely perfect. I’ve been trying different Pilate classes and decided to give lagree a try. It was a lot harder than Pilates class I’ve tried but in a good way! Our instructor also demonstrated the moves and provided modifications to make it easier. I’m definitely switching to lagree over Pilates!

see all reviewsClass with Tracy today was great. She is a very good instructor. I loved all the verbal cues she gave regarding the proper ways to line up our hips and shoulders as well as the encouragement to push, pull and hold further and longer. This class was very similar to a class I had last week so I was familiar with the routine and the poses. If you are new to yoga this would be a great class to learn technique, balance and focus. Tracy’s class sizes are small (only 6 people) so there’s a more personal feel and she can watch everyone and provide corrections and feedback as the class is going. She is also doing the class with you through demonstration so you never have to guess what the poses or stretches are supposed to look like. Room was moderately warmed but not hot. Very good class. I hope to come again.
