It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

Eliis was not the most welcoming and spent a good amount of the class behind the podium. There were people who could’ve benefited from form corrections but neither coach helped out, which was a bit disappointing to see.
