alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst 90 min hot yoga class, instructor was very good and clear in instructions, and is very supportive, we left the class to fresh watermelon served! Second class at this studio, i would come again but be prepared for a longer heated class if taking a 60+ hot class.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI always look forward to Sunday yoga class, I have learnt so much about breathing and how to calm my nervous system, I have gained flexibility and strength in my body with the yoga practice. Shawn makes every class challenging, different and fun, his voice and personality takes the classes to another level, he encourages us to meditate while in savasana and I have reached a level of peace that I can’t explain, I like to bring friends from time to time to share the experience of this class and hoping they reach the state of flow that we do in his class.
