I will say though if you have a lot of knots and cant take pain try the oil massage instead of deep tissue. They really get in there to work it all out. Needless to say, i will be becoming their regular. My new favorite find!!!! If you are into hoity toity type of posh spa, this spot is not for you. This is to really get your body worked on.

And all of the instructors and therapists I’ve had are excellent. For massage, Shi & Nazra are two of the best bodyworkers I’ve ever been to. Both are warm and very intuitive and every massage I’ve had with either of them has been hugely beneficial.
