There was some sort of glitch with ClassPass in my booking, not her fault at all, and regardless of that, she was incredibly accommodating to the mishap of my arriving 30 minutes past when she thought I would and took great care of me! She had a flight to catch later that evening too, but still truly took her time and put great attention to detail into my cut—which I greatly appreciated. I’ve had some traumatizing haircuts in the past so I get nervous whenever I go to a new person, but I really felt like she listened and asked questions to ensure she got it right, and it turned out great! I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Because the hairdresser clearly has years of experience. I had long shaggy hair and I wanted layers and she gave me layers all throughout my hair. The hairdresser made sure I was comfortable with the length, checking in on exactly what I wanted because I didn't really know what I wanted, tbh. lol. I'm glad I came here and can't wait to cut or dye my hair because I'll definitely be back here.
