This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

alle beoordelingen weergeveni wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

Hot room and challenging 10/10 .nice instructor 10/10 I’m super happy to find this place randomly and it will be added to my favorite place to go. Its reformer on hot room you will be dizzy after that make sure drink a lot of water before and after. Bring towel and if you wanna change after a real real sweat, bring extra clothes. I find a meter parking on the street very easy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely check on Boxing Days too . Can’t wait to come back 💕

Natasha was firm yet loving and positive. She spoke so much life into us, affirming and correcting all throughout. That was amazing! Amazing class, amazing instructor, amazing staff up front. Yes, just yes. Love this place!

alle beoordelingen weergeveni’m obsessed w jenny’s classes and love this studio!! i will just say that recently parking has been SOOOO stressful, try to give yourself 5-10 minutes to look for parking. there are a lot of restrictions on the streets and the parking lot fills up quickly. thankfully the studio is really understanding if you are a few min late, just not ideal!! love u guys

Would like to ask Alynxia to give us breaks here and there because girl we need it. She’s really trying to maximize our time at class. I’m inspired to get to this level however. Thanks for the burn!
