Hana made me feel welcome immediately and took my current body status (postpartum c section recovery) into account while curating the class and giving excellent (with consent) hands on adjustments. I've been searching for non heated yin to replace the beloved Astro gong yoga studio. I will definitely be back for this one. More Yin! More non heated classes please!
