The facial was nice. My face felt very clean afterwards. The facialist was very friendly too! She explained to me about my skin and the issues she spotted, shared tips and recommendations with me, not in a way to promote any facial packages, simply tips and steps based on the products I’m using. She even helped check the cleanser that I’m using online and gave me further recommendations! Will come back again!

The space is very comfortable and the technician was excellent. The appointment really does take about 80/90 minutes though so make sure you have the time. Eyelashes are done in a separate room to nails, and inside you are greeted with a nice jazz soundtrack and a cosy blanket. I was impressed that this is the first eyelash appt in hk where I didn’t have any stinging sensation in my eyes and take it as a sign of a good product and skilled technician. The end result was very pretty and I will return. I did leave the appt with a bit of clear product mess on my eyelids. I will ask the technician to help me remove / clean that more throughly next time. Overall this is a great and convenient place to do your lashes and I would recommend it.
