It was challenging but he gave a lot of tips to make sure I made the most of my time. I did compression therapy with Madi. She was so sweet and checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Every person here was so nice and willing to help. I cannot wait to come back!

I was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was, in addition to the extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful owner. I had a little map-difficulty with finding the location (ClassPass needs to assist with this) but once there I settled into the infrared sauna room and had a very relaxing, sweaty session! They offer several other services which I’ll be trying. Definitely recommend!
