The members were also very friendly. I’m not sure if you could use the yoga room upstairs but I was there for a cooldown stretch and they had lululemon mats! Nice touch.

A no frills gym catering to a weightlifting crowd but with funny quirks like having a “space room” with colorful lights. As expected with a gym like this, showers don’t have toiletries or towels, so plan accordingly. I’ll be back next time I have time to kill before flying out of IAH.
