alle beoordelingen weergevenI’ve never tried hot yoga before and it was quite hot ( not as hot as bikram I’m told) Sam the instructor was very professional and clear with her instructions giving us variations with the poses for our abilities. Each sequence was repeated a few times so if you didn’t get it the first time - you had another chance. It was a good sized mirrored space. It’s definitely worth going for a new experience

Her singing voice is beautiful too. Would highly recommend this class - you come out feeling very calm and relaxed.
