alle beoordelingen weergevenI really liked the class with Marcus. Got some clarification on technics, and learned new ways. Most of the 45 min was dedicated to combos instead of other exercises, which was great. The stretch in the end was deep and sufficient, and not just done as a formality like in other kickboxing classes I’ve been to. People are welcoming and friendly. I recommend!
