It’s an interesting set up - it’s a combination of virtual instruction and a trainer that comes and offers tips, modification, and form adjustments. If you are not confident in a gym setting, just let the instructor know in advance, so they can stay close to help out. If you are pretty experienced in a gym setting, you can do the circuit pretty independently, while benefiting from the commentary of the trainer as they come around.

She provided clear instructions and offered suggestions on how to improve our form. She had a calm, kind demeanor and clearly knew her stuff. My legs will be burning (in a good way!) for a while!

Also, there is no water fountain or place to refill your water here. They did offer me a free bottle of water as a nice gesture though since I couldn't refill mine anywhere.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWe did a lot of different things which made the time go quickly. I didn’t work up a sweat but I did feel my muscles working. One important note that was not on the listing when I signed up- You have to have special socks to participate. I intentionally passed up some other barre classes at different locations, because they indicated they needed the grippy socks and I didn’t pack mine on this trip. I chose Club Pilates partly because they did not have this requirement listed. Unfortunately, when I got there, they told me it was a requirement, so I had to purchase them. So just be aware, if you plan to come here, pack your grippy socks!
