    Strength

    Richard was a great trainer! The environment was very welcoming and since it was my first class, the trainers made sure to check my form at every station which I really appreciated. It’s a small group training session, and I got a lot out of the workout especially since I have not done strength training for a few years. I highly recommend trying any class at BFT!

    I am a big fan of all of the instructors! The classes are high energy, inspiring, and leave you feeling high on life! When dancing, it feels like you’re dancing with friends.
