The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class is surprisingly tough. Sandy makes it so much fun though, as do the other ladies in the class with you. I have such a great time with the music and the moves. I appreciate how each song focuses on a new muscle group and I am usually Just a tad bit sore the next day but not too much. I have said it before and I will say it again, this place is a hidden gem of a gym!
