I have been attending Soleil for a few months in between reformer classes at another studio and I am in love with Soleil. Being a Dayton native, I am so happy to see more businesses develop downtown and love that Soleil is a black-owned business! The owner is so sweet and personable! I routinely take classes with Maddie and she is an incredible instructor. She offers detailed steps regarding the movements, provides modifications, and challenges! She is also extremely supportive and encouraging! I have taken classes by both Maddie and Nicolay at the other studio I attend and they are beyond knowledgeable and professional at all times. I would highly encourage that you take classes with various instructors to find the instructor who best serves your fitness needs! Soleil is perfect for a challenge if you are more familiar with reformer and ready to venture into mat pilates but also great for individuals new to pilates and want to learn the foundations 🖤

Little hard to follow along when it gets to a flow of movements, but it’s not intimidating and demanding! Would recommend!

Also, the class was as easy or difficult as you choose because you can choose to use heavier weights or lighter weights, or even faster/slower modified movements. I liked it and am considering getting a crunch membership!

Although it was my first class here, it definitely won't be my last! (Also there is parking in the back of the building, and you have to go in the side door not the front door). Be sure to wear comfortable clothing. I wore tight yoga pants and a tight tank top and wish I would've worn looser clothes to be more comfortable.

I choose to a Perspire Yoga video; it felt so good to stretch! My room also had a shower in it, so that was an extra refreshing benefit too! I can’t wait to come back again.

I tried the Flux Red® Non-Invasive Body Sculpting and the before and after pictures don’t lie — after just my first session I was surprised, but after my second the results were undeniable. My muscles are visibly tighter and I could feel the difference. The science makes sense once she explains it, and she explains it well.
