alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved the studio- lots of natural light, plants, and music was soft. They provide (thinner) mats, blocks, eye pillows, which was nice. The instructor was very kind and welcoming. With only three people in the class, it was very intimate, relaxed, casual. The flow was a little awkward sometimes, slower pace, but overall I felt very much at peace during this practice and left feeling 10x better than when I walked in.
