She gave clear instructions, paid attention to proper form, and created a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. The workout was challenging yet enjoyable, with just the right balance of strength, mobility, and mindful movement. I left the class feeling stronger, refreshed, and energized. Though she can improve better on the instruction clarity, and also perhaps give instructions on the next exercise or next layer to other students first while attending to other who needs help, so that those who have completed the exercises can proceed to the next layer of exercise rather than waiting. But overall it was still a good stretch !
