There was a great flow to the class - I'm fairly new to yoga and she provided many options and offered adjustments with permission. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the hour went by. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

I think I heard her mention it went up to 113 at one point! Me and my friend do hot yoga sculpt twice a week and love it but if you're sensitive to dizziness I would say this one might be a bit intense for most. If you want a crazy challenge, go for it! Such a good energy from everyone at this studio both times I've been. 🫶🏻

The studio is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the whole team was warm and welcoming. The class was great. I appreciated that the instructor practiced most of the poses with us and really emphasized breath throughout. The cold eucalyptus towel, tea, and Cutie afterward were the perfect finishing touches. His sequencing flows beautifully, the music is always on point, and he’s fully present throughout class. Every session is challenging without feeling overwhelming, and I always leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely refreshed. If you’re looking for a class that’s both rewarding and thoughtfully taught, I can’t recommend Cameron Lewis’s classes enough.
