Sreya has been an incredible coach, she always takes the time to teach proper technique and makes sure I lift with confidence. Going from 5kg to 10kg has been a huge milestone, and every session I feel stronger and more confident in the gym. I used to only do cardio because I was too intimidated by strength training, but thanks to Sreya’s clear guidance, I’m now learning skills I never thought I’d be able to do. I absolutely love FFS and the community. A big thank you as well to Kieran, Benni, and Oisin for being so encouraging. You all push, support, and motivate me, but most importantly, you help me leave every session feeling more confident than the last. I can’t wait to keep showing up!

It's quite compact, so it can feel full with only a few people, but has all the machines and dumbbells one needs for a decent workout. Staff there are usually really nice, so I'll definitely continue going!
