alle beoordelingen weergevenabsolutely love Eloise’s classes! She creates such a positive and encouraging atmosphere, while still challenging you in the best possible way. I always leave feeling like I’ve worked hard and achieved something. Eloise is also brilliant at communicating throughout the class and is so attentive when it comes to helping with form and technique. She explains things clearly, gives really helpful corrections, and makes sure you feel supported while still pushing you to improve. You can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is, and her classes are always something I look forward to. I couldn’t recommend Eloise highly enough!

I felt so held and guided throughout the whole practice, with space to explore, breathe, laugh, and simply be present in my body.There was something really special about the way Jenny created a sense of safety while still inviting curiosity and play. I left feeling grounded, connected, and a little more at home in myself. Such a warm, thoughtful, and heart-led class. 🤍
