The studio was in the midst of solving a plumbing issue as class was beginning (which they totally fixed by the end of the class and they are SO on it and just great problem solvers and professional) and that meant that the humidity was not on for the class and therefore just not as hot. Nina knew that, addressed it right away and took the class through some more dynamic movements to build more heat from the inside. She also just helped the class put things into perspective by reminding us that just like yoga, nothing is going to be perfect and letting go of expectations. Truly this studio, these instructors, and the environment here is something I cannot express enough gratitude for.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI love her breakdown (with excellent cues) of the different poses before running through the sequence one or two times in each side. she's very clear, (to me) the transitions and poses have been interesting, and the pacing overall is great

I believe Amy said she was new but she was a good instructor and corrected my form. Will definitely come back to take more classes with her/with the studio! #classpassinsider
