Instructor offered food to the class at the end which was nice. Overall it was an experience and if you haven’t done kundalini yoga before make sure to look it up before you go.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI loved this class so much! Amber is a wonderful instructor with a very calming presence. I really enjoyed the flow and the challenge of practicing some difficult poses. The studio is quaint and has a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be taking this class again!

alle beoordelingen weergevenEverything! Isabel is the Mon teacher and was subbing. She welcomed everyone and knows her Zumba. Unlike me! I am a beginner and she was not bothered by my modifications. I had fun even with my limitations. Other ladies in the class were good and focused on their own workout. The music was a mix and some ladies put in requests. Cumbia? Super fun music and group. Two people that checked me in for my FIRST Class Pass class were helpful and quick. Crunch is offering a raffle starting next week for all who bc attend Zumba (not sure about other classes). Join in!!

alle beoordelingen weergevenI absolutely LOVED this class! It was the perfect blend of a chill flow and some nice restorative poses at the end to unwind before bed! Nycole is an amazing instructor and took extra care with those new to yoga. I can’t wait to come back!

Lili brought warm, friendly energy to class and gave helpful modifications so everyone could feel comfortable in poses. The candles and incense provided a nice atmosphere to receive the sound vibrations. Great class to help relax and feel grounded. I’ll be back!
