The cleanliness was always an issue for me... but today, the class was spotless and Megan was AMAZING. Her class was challenging, but doable. She was always making sure we were doing everything correctly and corrected us if we weren't. Class was not intimidating so if you're shy and scared to visit alone, join one of Megan's classes! Alexis had a circuit of strength training exercises and checked in with me many times, helping to direct me through the workout. The gym or studio (a bit of a combo of both) was bright and had great views from the windows. There were towels, a water station and plenty of equipment. The front desk was friendly and so was the instructor. I will be back!

Being a newbie it was intimidating but you must keep at it. I could see how coming multiple times a week would make it easier. I loved the warm room. They understood that today was my first time on the reformer, so Vicky took the time to explain to me how to use the reformer and correct me on my poses on the reformer. I knew this would be a small class as they only take 5 students maximum, but with only me and one other student, I am able to experience the personalized session. My body is sore by the end of the session, but I had a lot of fun there. I would definitely come back. Thank you, Vicky for making my first time on the reformer fun instead of daunting.
