Her routines, while varied, are generally heavier on core with lighter weights, which can be a perfect strength combo to alternate with other instructors (Jennifer for instance generally goes heavier on weights and Heidi is the queen of balance exercises).

Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and she teaches sequences that leave you feeling relaxed and open. A good class for beginners. It’s gentle and Alexa makes sure to walk around the class checking technique and offering modifications for all levels.

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

The flow is always nice and instructor offers variations for all levels of yoga learners. The studio offers equipment to use during class along with wipes to clean. Highly recommend this place, such wonderful staff!

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

Jen’s teaching techniques are very clear and even as a first timer I managed to follow along. The hot yoga sculpt was a challenge but in a great way. The community that was in the class also very welcoming and motivating. I will definitely be back!

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.

First there’s a warm heating pad underneath you the whole time, and you’re covered with a warm blanket. Her technique is gentle and firm at varying times. I loved that she worked on my mid-section and back a lot. On my back she used a small cup to help loosen the tight fascia. She gave me pointers on how to use my own cups better to loosen the fascia on my body. I appreciate her knowledge and technique! Will absolutely be back!!!
