Her routines, while varied, are generally heavier on core with lighter weights, which can be a perfect strength combo to alternate with other instructors (Jennifer for instance generally goes heavier on weights and Heidi is the queen of balance exercises).

alle beoordelingen weergevenThis was my first time taking Aurora’s Sculpt class while she was substituting, and she is an amazing instructor. I really liked the flow of her class and how she transitioned between working the left and right sides at a balanced pace. She gave enough time to feel the work and effort in each pose without staying on one side so long that discomfort or strain started to set in. I have lower back/pelvic and shoulder issues, so when one side is focused on for too long, I start to feel aches and strains that make it harder to fully perform the following exercises. Her pacing felt very thoughtful and manageable, which allowed me to stay engaged and get the most out of the workout. I would definitely take her class again.

Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

She maintained a nice, slow, steady pace and a smooth flow from start to finish. At times she participated in the workout alongside us, so there was less hands-on correction around the room—but overall it was still a really enjoyable class. The space is very open with light, calming music, and I loved that there were no mirrors—it really allowed you to connect more deeply to your body awareness and proprioception.

It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

The owners mom brought me an exquisite cup of organic tea just as class was starting. Lilli’s sound bath and yoga was everything and more. I live in San Diego and wouldn’t think twice about making the drive for her class. This studio is a gem and breath of fresh air from the sterile corporate yoga studios.
