RESHAPE
alle beoordelingen weergevenI hadn’t done reshape in a few years and really enjoyed the class, Saul was a great instructor and I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I couldn’t do and there were plenty of modifications , I felt so stressed before going in not feeling as fit as everyone else but the class felt super inclusive

alle beoordelingen weergevenLovely instructor, gave some really good corrections and helpful modifications, very encouraging!! With regard to the studio, I would much prefer to have standard shower controls of power and temperature rather than single push button. Given how lovely the studio is, and all the amenities, showers give a bit of council leisure centre vibes which is a real shame!

The PT and the group are welcoming, supportive, and up for a laugh, which makes it easy to stay motivated and actually look forward to showing up. It feels like a social event that just happens to get you fit at the same time!
