If you have never used the reformer you should take a private class first (I didn’t know but everyone was helpful !) amazing instructor and fun group of ladies. Just passing through while traveling, otherwise I would make this a regular spot !

Amazing instructor and great group of ladies. Lots of fun and if I wasn’t just passing through the area I would make this a regular spot. And I’m sore … which is a good sign !
