    This was my first time going to a class at basecamp fitness. I was the only new person in there and thought it was going to be very intimidating but it wasn’t at allll. The two ladies at the front desk were great they explained how to sign in, they showed me around, and fit the bike to my height. Then introduced me to the instructor of the class, Taylor. She was fantastic - ran me through how class would be and then checked in on me throughout the class. She also introduced me to one of the girls directly next to me which helped my only newbie anxiety. Overall great style of class and awesome cool down after. Will for sure be back!

    Small Group PT Session

    This was a great workout! Today’s class focused mostly on upper body strengthening. Every class will focus on something different each time. Coach Yaz is really good about giving specific instructions insuring you have proper form. This was my first time attending and at my age I was a bit hesitant but they will work with you no matter what age or level! Highly recommend!
