The session was dominated by sharing insights and experiences, followed by a short, grounding meditation at the very end.The biggest takeaway for me was the profound realization that we are never alone in our struggles; others are fighting battles just as heavy as ours. Also reminded me of the true importance of self-compassion. It’s a beautiful, safe space that I highly recommend to anyone looking to release mental burdens.
