Her cues are very clear and detailed, making it easy to follow throughout the practice. I also really appreciated that she offered plenty of variations for every pose, making the class accessible for beginners while still providing enough challenge for more experienced practitioners. Everyone could practice at their own level and feel supported. Highly recommend her class!

Class-nya juga kecil, cuma sekitar 5 orang, jadi coach bisa fokus merhatiin satu-satu. His hands on adjustments also helped a lot with my alignment. It felt much more traditional and disciplined compared to the studio yoga classes I’m usually used to, which honestly made the whole experience feel really humbling. Probably not beginner-friendly, but overall such a refreshing experience. Would definitely come back for more classes!
