I’ve been hearing about her name when girls talk during the previous classes I’ve attended and I was like who’s this “Seetal” ? I got so curious and so I tried this class last night. THE GIRLS WERE RIGHT. SHE IS AMAZING. Aside from the class itself, it’s her playlist (🤣), the way she speaks, the enthusiasm, passion, and just really her overall demeanor, she radiates this energy like she was born to do this. I love where she always says that while she loves Dryp and she is Dryp HAHAHAHA only 9% of fat loss comes from sweating and that strength doesn’t all come from the muscles but from BREATHING. I’ve never thought of breathing to be important even if I’ve been into fitness for years so I will start to be mindful of it starting now. ++++ The last part of the class!! She turned off all the lights and let it be just us with our own breathing with this super calming voice. Plus she turned off the heat so we could breathe properly after a crazy class HAHAHAHA I love it. Slay Seetal, you go girl. Will try her Fit n Flex next time as she suggested!! Can’t waittt

She is always there to help, correct your technique when needed, and motivate you to do your best. Her positive energy and encouragement make the class both enjoyable and rewarding.
