Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. I love that the workouts leave you sweating and your heart rate up in just 45 minutes!

Only issue is it is in a really weird workers’ communal living and recreation campus and difficult to find. It took me nearly 20 minutes to figure out where the actual entrance was. I had to ask people walking around campus.

And especially if you are a newbie, the strength class is great because it is self paced and there is enough time to learn proper form. We did a LOT in 45 mins. Highly recommend
