alle beoordelingen weergevenFantastic class - Nicolai creates challenging and fun sequences and he’s very attentive. Hands down one of the best teachers in Copenhagen! One thing I didn’t enjoy is that there was a lot of loud chatting before class in the shala and also during class while Nicolai was explaining something- to the point where I was thinking that the students were actually being ignorant. It’s nice that the studio has a lively vibe but within the shala I would personally prefer it a tad quieter.

Things to keep in mind: 1) no lockers; 2) you have to go get the ring and the elastic at the end of the room before class; 3) staff are nice-ish (the support instructor was so lovely, Nicole a bit less so) but they won’t go out of their way to show you around and explain to you how the place works.

The manager was incredibly accommodating, lending me a lock for the locker, a towel, and there was a shower facility. The gym is well equipped and spacious and I would definitely come again.

Poles are placed strategically so that every participant can see ones moves in the mirror. The instructor is always explaining techniques thoroughly and no matter if you succeed with the position or not keeps you motivated at all times.

People talk loudly on their phones, and with each other before and after class. Also there is a sign that you are welcome to have some tea before class but there was no tea left before our class. Note that this class is in Danish.

It began with getting centered along with warming up from the cold januar weather in the infrared sauna .Then I was placed in the kind and skilled care of Body Therapist and Masseuse, Parwin to realign my body. Finally, the experience ended with a respiratory cleansing in the salt room. Left relaxed and ready to take on the week! The rest of the staff was also super sweet!
