It’s a beginner friendly class in that she often gives alternatives, but I might find it difficult if I’d never done yoga before. Also great for more advanced yogis in that it goes back to the basics of what a vinyasa class should be and is great for building strength and balance. She’s been incorporating time for more advanced poses like crow and wheel.

The room is properly hot which is great, and it warmed my cold winter bones! Teacher was super nice and cues were excellent. I will definitely be back!
