Some set ups were a bit complicated (I enjoyed the variety and trying new things as I’ve done reformer for a while, but I can see it being a bit complicated for those new to it). It was a challenging full body class with a good flow, and fit a lot in for 45min! I left feeling sore and really worked hard.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI really enjoyed this wellness oasis! There are three saunas to rotate through, a cold plunge and a jacuzzi. The steam room was out of service, which was fine with me. The saunas are all small, fitting maybe 2-6 people. The wood on the benches is a bit rough, so definitely bring a towel or use the provided bathtubs to sit on. I also would love bags provided for wet swimsuits (as of course they are required) and combs to use post-shower. The customer service was lovely, and I felt at ease and welcomed immediately. A lovely little addition to the neighborhood!
