    As usual - Julia de class kills the Monday blue and it always challenging . Thanks for pushing us through the class. But seriously disappointed with the latest layout of the class. 47 people in one class . The structure of the class is weird as those who is on the corner can barely look at the instructor and hardly have space for cool down anymore too . This is definitely a turn off and will consider about other studio instead.

She is a very observant and attentive instructor as this is crucial. i noticed that she immediately attended to some newbies in the class who had challenges with their bikes even in the midst of the class which I think it is an important trait as an instructor. She also has smiley face entire class and kept motivating us even the aircon wasnt working just now. Her playlist was also good. Her class is great not only for beginners as well as intermediate.

I admire Eddie’s particular attention to form with his participants, and truly appreciate his corrections. Space is abit small for barbell training with lots of equipment, perhaps the equipment needs relocation for easier access. Setting up is a hassle if you are not familiar, suggest to go at least 15 minutes earlier if you are new.

    You know it's intense when the reps don't end at 9 and there's another last 3, 2 and 1. Other studios do 8-10 reps on average but nope you're getting none of that when Lauren is at the helm. It's 12 every single time, or more if she doesn't keep count properly lol. Gosh the holding counts and pulses feel like they go on forever. But I promise you'll feel sore the next day (and the day after next if you really push yourself).
