Some movements were a bit challenging, so it would be appreciated if there were options for regression or progression so students at different levels could adjust accordingly. I still give it 5 stars because it was a really good class, Darren gave clear cues and a great sequence. The space was cozy as well, with ample lighting and good music in the background. Will come back for sure 😊
