FIGHT HIIT
This is my first time in Publika studio. I really like the spacious area and with so many lockers (working condition), and non gender-segregated toilets makes it welcoming. Muugi was friendly towards me and didn’t put me under the spotlight which I truly appreciated, he was kind towards his regulars and I enjoyed watching their response to his workout. The weights section was wonderful and was purposeful, I went at my own pace and Muugi respected that. His combos were simple to remember but challenging enough if you are doing it correctly. I really love boxing but finding a studio and an instructor that embraces the boxing flow seem nonexistent in this country. Thank you for a really lovely weekend afternoon class.
