    Group Reformer Fundamentals

    Class was very good. Instructor was friendly and clear with steps. Very attentive and corrects posture. Definitely recommended for those who are new to reformer. Downside is the lack of water dispenser and how hot the shower room is. Otherwise it’s a nice studio.

    My first time trying Flycircuit and I was the only participant in the class. Logann made my first circuit training experience very memorable. Considering how struggling I was, he kept assuring me that it was okay to rest and to go with my own pace. Great instructor and lucky to have a ‘private’ session with him.

    Ride Santai Ladies

    My first time spinning at Manic, and first time with Illy as well. The check in was meh, I was unattended by the receptionist despite standing right in front of her at the counter to check myself in. But the lack of front row customer service was made up by the excellent class Illy offered. I love the bike, and the overall ambience in the spin room. Was lucky to be there when the class wasnt full, so there are empty bikes to give room for me to see Illy’s moves. Loved the song selection, and loved that I learned some fancy cool moves from her class. The flow variety was just okay to me. But she pushed me through my limit, and because of that, I will be returning to her classes.

    Recently I’ve been having this hip impingement and there are restrictions to my mobility so activating the muscles around my hip and spine. was challenging for me. After going for Kelly’s barre class I could activate the muscles better because every workout she puts, has a purpose. She adds in Pilates movements to her classes which is a plus point and her cues are great, giving options and constantly correcting posture during the class. Thank you Kelly :)

    I recommend Synapse Physiotherapy, where I was treated by Lydia, one of the three physiotherapists at the clinic. I sought relief for foot pain resulting from running, and my experience with Lydia was positive. Lydia is not only friendly but conducted a thorough assessment to diagnose my issue and then used massage and ultrasound to alleviate the pain. She also took the time to explain my condition and provided instructions on stretches and strengthening exercises for my leg. Will be back!
