But I would totally come again! The studio is accessible by MRT Pavilion Damansara, though a bit of a walk. Thankfully, its just walking in the mall & the mall website can direct you from any shop. I did mine from Kinokuniya since the MRT entrance is just below. Would love to try out other classes!

Maiki’s flow is super tight, with barely any long breaks between exercises, so the momentum just keeps building throughout the class. A 50-minute session honestly felt like over an hour (so worth it!!) because of how well the flow was structured. Challenging, engaging, and def pushing the limit + shaky legs.
