Marley played lower-tempo house music and I usually come for the workout and the party vibes. I was hoping for more energy and less “elevator house music,” but that’s just my personal preference.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility was — equipment was organized, and everything felt hygienic and professional. The instructor was excellent — super attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly invested in making sure everyone had proper form and understood each movement. They offered helpful corrections and motivation throughout the session, which really elevated the experience. The workout itself was well-structured and challenging in the best way. It had a good mix of strength, cardio, and agility training — clearly a thoughtfully designed program, not just a random set of exercises. I left feeling accomplished and energized. Other things worth noting: There was plenty of individual attention. Friendly and welcoming environment — even as a first-timer, I felt comfortable jumping in. She struck the perfect balance between pushing me enough to feel like I was getting a real workout while being careful not to aggravate any of my injuries. She checked in with me regularly throughout the session and made helpful corrections along the way. On top of that, she’s super sweet and easy to work with.
