Her class was a breath of fresh air—gentle, nurturing, and exactly what my body craved. You can truly feel the difference when a teacher has proper training, and Christine’s expertise shines through in every pose. I felt so connected and at peace during her class. She has a beautiful way of guiding and supporting each student, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I wish the mirrors were continuous on the wall, but there were only 5 people in the class and they were able to move to find a spot in front of the mirror. The class was on the hard side, but the modifications made it approachable! Courtney B was great!

It felt very impromptu and not thought-out like most other barre3 classes. You can usually tell when instructors put in a lot of thought and effort into preparing for a class, and I didn’t sense that at all.

Yes, fellas, you too can get a good workout here if you’re willing to challenge yourself ;) Michelle was very welcoming and led the class with enthusiasm and encouragement for ALL ability levels. I would definitely go back!
