alle beoordelingen weergevenThe instructor is lovely and leads a very low impact yet challenging class that I enjoy every single time. My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

She’s tough but she’s great and has a high level of expertise. I definitely worked up a sweat! Will be returning for her classes!

She’s very educated on form and knows where to build muscle in areas you want to build the muscle and tone the areas you want to be more lean. I’ve brought so many friends who love it too. The mindful cardio in the beginning has helped so much with my choreography skills lol. Don’t be intimidated it’s a must try.
